Excellently located hotel in town center. Clean room, friendly staff. Comfortable bed and pillows, great hot water pressure. Helpful staff and high-speed wifi. Fantastic dinner and breakfast.

The location of the hotel was perfect for Christmas. It was located right in the heart of the town square, which gave us easy access to all the festivities. The room was also quite spacious and had a great view from the balcony. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating.
The hotel had serious issues with maintenance. The shower didn't work properly, which was offset by the uncomfortable bed. The noise level was terrible, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The hotel also lacked essential amenities, like a map or even an English menu. it was a bad experience.

The hotel is perfectly situated right in the middle of the old town center, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. the pedestrian zone and bustling town square are just steps away. the staff were great and the cafe downstairs was excellent value. the rooms were comfortable and spacious.
The breakfast could have been served earlier for those who have early check-outs.

I loved the cozy fireplace and the fact that the hotel provided wood for it. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water with great pressure in the bathroom. the hotel's location right on the town center was perfect for exploring this city.
